COVID-19 Statement

The UK government’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic continues to change rapidly and we are keenly monitoring the situation to ensure we are doing everything we can for the wellbeing of our staff and customers while we continue to deliver our services.

Customers are notified that we will need 24 hours’ notice for cash withdrawals. We would ask that customers keep their visits to our offices to an absolute minimum and use our delivery channel – internet banking, mobile banking and debit cards to ensure there is minimal disruption to the services we deliver to our esteemed customers. Your relationship managers are also available by telephone and e-mail.

We will continue to keep abreast of the rapidly evolving situation of this pandemic especially in the UK and will keep you informed of any changes to our business opening hours and service delivery.
